Barium sulphate solution mixed with sodium sulfate solution which through removing calcium and magnesium  and reacted at 80 DEG C to form a precipitate. After filtering, washing and pickling, adjusted to pH 5-6, filtered again, dried , Crushed . It also be used barium yellow brine and sodium sulfate solution obtained.

Our precipitated barium sulfate is super-fine powder, made from high quality barite, which is white powder with specific gravity 4.50(15℃). It can be soluble in hot concentrated sulfuric acid, but cannot be soluble in water/ organic solvent / acid. The end products have good dispersibility, high whiteness, nice covering power, stable chemical properties.

Precipitated barium sulfate is an advanced filler chemical materials for Paint & Coatings thanks to: easy dispersion, excellent gloss, pigment spacing effects. Furthermore precipitated barium sulfate purity and lightness make it the right filler in plastics.
