Barite ore contains Fe2O3, MnO and carbon and other impurities and often dark brown. The barite ore in the industry after several crushing to get micron-level fine raw material, calcined in the roasting furnace 2.5h, become clinker, washed by washing to remove alkali, dilute pickling after washing, adding sulfuric acid in the reactor, Aluminum powder (acid soluble, bleached), stirring in the boiling temperature for 2.5h, get bleach, washed with water soluble salts, pressure filter, drying (170 ℃) ,then get the finished blanc fixe.

The chemical reaction of acid solution in the reactor is as follows:

Acid soluble: dissolve impurities with sulfuric acid.

[Fe2O3] + 3H2SO4 = Fe2 (SO4) 3 + 3H2O

[MnO] + H2SO4 = MnSO4 + H2O

[NiO] + H2SO4 = NiSO4 + H2O

Bleaching: adding aluminum powder, produced hydrogen , reducing Fe2 + from bleaching.

2A1 + 3H2SO4 = Al2 (SO4) 3 + 3H2

Fe2 (SO4) 3 + H2 = 2FeSO4 + H2SO4
